Crafty Intentions CROCHET PATTERN Auryn Potholder (printable PDF-file / 24 pages)
Developed by Megan Lapp aka Crafty Intentions, this pattern is for an Auryn Potholder!! This pattern is written in U.S. terminology.
This pattern comes with instructions to make your very own Auryn Potholder!! Everything you see in the photos is included in the pattern! All instructions are carefully depicted with words and photos! This pattern features clear step by step instruction with a lot of row-by-row photos. The gauge is not crucial to the pattern as long as the stitches are tight enough to hold stuffing.
This pattern is a total of 24 pages containing a full set of written instructions with photographic illustrations, and there are video tutorials for particular steps and stitches available on my YouTube channel. This Pattern consists of ONE PDF File, and the last 3 pages are Text-Only, Printer-Friendly instructions, but I strongly recommend you still refer to the photographic illustrations throughout the pattern if you have any questions.
This pattern is available in English.

**NOTE ON YARN SELECTION: When selecting yarn for this project, make sure that it is safe for your intended use. If you are using this as a decorative item only, then you can use any fiber you want. If, however, you want to use this as a functional potholder (which will be exposed to high heat), then you need to select a fiber that will not melt.
100% Cotton or 100% Wool (not blends) are the best choices for items exposed to heat. Cotton will not melt, is easy to clean, absorbent, and it retains its shape. Wool yarn is another good choice for a functional potholder. It also will not melt, but it is harder to clean and might end up felted if it is machine washed or dried.
Do not use acrylic or polyester fibers for a functional potholder.
