The ALL DAY HOODIE is not the usual hoodie. The sleeves are the first thing that catches the eye. They are pleated at the hem and have a slightly balloon-shaped cut. You can decide whether you want your sleeves to be pleated on one side or in box pleats. The box pleats open up a little more and emphasize the highlight on the sleeve. The pleats on one side, on the other hand, look a little more discreet.

The ALL DAY HOODIE has raglan sleeves - but even these are a bit special ;). Raglan sleeves can make your shoulders look droopy, especially if you have very narrow shoulders, and of course, we don't want that. The ALL DAY HOODIE has shoulder darts in the sleeve, so your shoulders are visually shaped despite the raglan sleeves. And don't worry, if you have wider shoulders, the dart doesn't add bulk, but supports the overall shape and fit. I have wider shoulders myself.

The raglan sleeves of the ALL DAY HOODIE don't just run diagonally, but have a slight curve. This slight curve gives the hoodie, despite the oversized cut, a little more figure and conjures up a little more femininity in the otherwise rather sporty hoodie cut.

You can sew your ALL DAY HOODIE with a neckband or with an extra-large hood. The extra large hood makes your ALL DAY HOODIE look more stylish than sporty, thus making it suitable for every day ;).

FABRIC SELECTION: You can make your ALL DAY HOODIE from sweat, knit, or even stretchy jacquard. If possible, you should use cuffed fabric for the hem and neck. Especially if you are using a fabric that is not very stretchy. Some sweat fabrics have almost no stretch at all. In this case, please be sure to use cuffed fabric for your cuffs.

WHAT YOU WILL GET: All my sewing patterns include detailed instructions, helpful sewing tips, and colour photos showing you each step. You can also find a lot of youtube tutorials for the most pattern on my YouTube Channel (La Bavarese). The YouTube videos are in German.

You will get the pattern as a PDF file on A4 and US Letter paper. You will also get A0 files to print the pattern at your copyshop.

All files are divided into layers. You have the possibility to display only your desired sizes. This makes the lines less confusing and if you are between two sizes, you can print them all at once.

All patterns are designed by me. The construction of the patterns as well as the grading is done by my professional and experienced pattern director.
