The hood is a great add-on for the onesie MIMPI. Optionally, you can choose between a various amount of different ears and create your own jumpsuit costume. There are patterns for bear, cat and rabbit ears. Or how about a llama or a unicorn? There are no limits to creativity for the add on hood.

For the hooded jumpsuit, we recommend to choose the zipper for center front instead of the button tape. Of course, you can also add the dividing seams and the horizontal seam pockets, if you want to.

MIMPI is designed for stretchy fabrics such as jersey or french terry. But also cuddly ones like sweat, french terry or nicki are suitable for the jumpsuit. Depending on the fabric thickness (e.g. furry alpine fleece), it may be advisable to choose a larger size and to use cuff fabric for arm and hem cuffs.

The hood is very easy to sew - just like the onesie itself. Especially if you choose the version with the zipper. And the ears are very easy-peasy to sew and fix. Just follow the step-by-step instructions or the video tutorial on the Nähfrosch YouTube Chanel. And what we can promise: A lot of fun and endless creativity.
