This is a downloadable sewing pattern PDF for the Bloorcourt Sweater Dress. It features an A-line bodice that falls to the knee, side seam pockets, ¾ length sleeves with cuffs, and a funnel neckline. It sews together quite quickly, and because of the flowing silhouette, will fit a variety of body shapes. The dress looks great with a belt, but can also be comfortably worn loose.
Belt not included.
The pattern is available in sizes XS-2X, fitting bust sizes 32-49”.
PDF has been updated to include three A0 sized PDFs for projector use! 4pt font, layered sizes, and a 4"x4" test square on both projector pages (page 1 is for the bodice, sleeve and pocket pieces, page 2 is for the skirt pieces).
Please note: I do not have any information on how to use a projector for sewing, I'm just including the files for you! There is plenty of information online for you to research how to use projectors for paperless sewing patterns, just get Googling!
*A ½” seam allowance is included but not marked on the pattern. Any variances from that ½” seam allowance will be clearly mentioned.
*The pattern pieces for front and back bodice are nested to save printing space. You can either trace the pattern pieces onto drafting paper, or you can print the pattern twice to cut them out separately.
Materials needed:
*2.75-3.25 yards of knit fabric, with standard knit fabric width of 58”
*Polyester thread
*Sewing machine
*Serger
*Ball point machine needles
*Drafting paper to trace the pattern pieces
